TriStar Trailer Rentals is a professionally managed, licensed, and insured company. We have proudly served Middle Tennessee since 2020 and would love to assist you! Our wide variety of well-maintained and dependable trailers includes utility trailers, cargo trailers, dump trailers, flatbed car haulers with a winch, and enclosed trailers available for rent. Pickup is only available during our posted business hours and by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Drop off can be any time of day and without an appointment. Please keep your specific appointment time, this is not a retail location!

Accessories

We also have towing accessories available as well, just $10 more for unlimited accessories. We have ball mounts (receivers), tie-downs, ramps, moving blankets, furniture dollies, tarps, and more! We always send an 8-piece set of straps at no additional charge to secure a vehicle with any trailer large enough to haul a vehicle. 

Reservations

If you need to reserve a trailer for a future date, a reservation deposit of $50 - $150 is required. If you have already checked availability, please send the deposit with any of the payment types below along with your legal name, phone number, and email address. This deposit will be converted to the required damage deposit at pickup. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. If the reservation is canceled without giving 48 hours' notice, any deposit collected will not be refunded but may be applied to future rentals.

Requirements at Pickup

Renter must have a valid state issued driver's license from any state and be at least 25 years of age. Renter must provide current insurance information for the tow vehicle and full payment including deposit upon pickup. Please bring your original license, a photocopy is not acceptable.

Deposits

A deposit is required at pickup, currently between $50 - $150 and is refundable when the trailer is brought back on time, clean, and without damage. NO CASH DEPOSIT REFUNDS, even if paid in cash at pickup. No additional deposit is required if you have made a reservation deposit.

Payment Types

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. We also accept Credit Cards with a 3.5% additional fee. We do NOT accept Debit Cards or Checks. Payment in full is required before or at pickup.
